Ca fait longtemps

 
久しぶりのガレット。農業など勉強してるMちゃんと。
オランダの話がすごく面白かった。さすが倹約家のオランダ人、多くはやはり家で過ごすことが多いとか。「オランダ料理」なんてないけど、野菜が向こうはやはり安いそうです。

最近農業の記事もよく書いているので、もっと話したかったけど、また次回。

Not a refreshing morning

 
This is a relatively small JR station in central Tokyo. Why are there SO MANY people??? It's quite scary to see a lot of people walking in a hurry to the same direction.

I took an hour early train today because I have two deadlines. Fortunately I start my work at 10, so there aren't this many people when I go to the office, so I was quite tired on a train packed with people.

I wonder how people commute without feeling stress... or they do feel stressed, but they just have to keep going...

Quand France me manque...


I eat onion soup. But the one at Aux Bacchanales was a bit salty. I like food at French cafes and bistros.

First I thought about ordering tartar with frites or mussels with frites, but I eneded up just ordering the soup as I remembered the "frites" (French fries) here are huge.

Tea here isn't great, (I never had good tea at a French cafe) but cafe creme was surprisingly good. It didn't have a fluffly milk foam, but the coffee and milk blended so midly and smoothly. I should go back and have another cup of cafe creme.
